Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Board or any officer of the Township may, within 30 days after any decision of the Board, appeal to the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County by petition, duly verified, setting forth that such decision is arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion or otherwise not in accordance with law, specifying the grounds upon which he/she relies.
